Trident Finance – Refer a Friend Scheme

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for recommending Trident Finance. We value your support and are pleased to offer a reward when you introduce friends, family, or colleagues to our mortgage or insurance services.

Please review the terms and conditions below.

1. Eligibility

• The scheme is open to existing clients and professional contacts of Trident Finance.

• The referred individual must be a new client and must not have previously engaged with Trident Finance in relation to the same service.

• Referrals must be submitted before the referred individual makes direct contact with Trident Finance.

2. Consent & Data Protection

• The referrer must obtain explicit consent from the individual prior to sharing their contact details.

• By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have permission to provide the referred person’s name and contact information to Trident Finance for the purposes of this scheme.

• All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

3. Referral Reward

• A £100 voucher will be issued to the referrer once the qualifying criteria have been fully met.

• Vouchers are available from one of the following retailers:

  • Amazon

  • John Lewis

  • Marks & Spencer

• The referrer may select their preferred retailer once the reward becomes payable.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals; each successful referral qualifies for a separate reward.

• No cash alternative is available.

4. Mortgage Referrals

To qualify for the reward:

• The mortgage application must complete successfully.

• The lender must pay the procuration fee to Trident Finance.

• Applications that are declined, withdrawn, cancelled, or fail to complete will not qualify.

5. Insurance Referrals

For life insurance, critical illness cover, or income protection referrals:

• The policy must be taken out in good faith with the genuine intention of maintaining cover.

• The policy must remain active and in force.

• Trident Finance must receive the initial commission payment.

• Policies cancelled shortly after inception without valid reason may be deemed ineligible.

6. Reward Fulfilment

• Once all qualifying criteria are satisfied, the referrer will be contacted to confirm their chosen voucher.

• The voucher will be issued within 30 days of confirmation that the referral qualifies.

• Rewards may be sent via email or post.

• Trident Finance accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or stolen vouchers once issued.

7. General Conditions

• Retrospective referrals will not be accepted.

• The scheme is not available to employees or contractors of Trident Finance.

• Trident Finance reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.

• Trident Finance reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these terms.
